حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَوْ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا أَوْ كِلَيْهِمَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The child belongs to the (owner of the) bed (i.e., the husband), and the adulterer gets the stone (i.e., nothing/punishment).'
