English Translation
Hushaym told us: Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad - that is, Ibn Amr ibn Hazm - from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever finds the very property he owns with a man who has become bankrupt, he has more right to it than anyone else.
