حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَيَعْرِفْ حَقَّ كَبِيرِنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا.
English Translation
Ali ibn Abdullah told us: Sufyan told us: Ibn Abi Najih told us, from Abdullah ibn Amir, from Abdullah ibn Amr, tracing it to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Whoever does not show mercy to our young and does not recognize the right of our elders is not one of us.
