English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated, Ibn Shihab informed us, and Abd al-Razzaq said: Ma'mar informed us from Ibn Shihab from Isa ibn Talhah from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) standing at Mina. A man came to him and asked: "O Messenger of Allah, I thought that shaving came before slaughtering, so I shaved before slaughtering." He said: "Slaughter and there is no harm." Then another came and said: "I thought that slaughtering came before throwing the pebbles, so I slaughtered before throwing." He said: "Throw and there is no harm." He was not asked about anything done earlier or later that day except that he said: "Do it and there is no harm."
