English Translation
Waki' narrated to us: Qurrah narrated to me, and Rawh narrated: Ash'ath and Qurrah ibn Khalid - the meaning being the same - from al-Hasan from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he repeats, flog him. If he repeats, flog him. If he repeats, kill him." Waki' said in his narration: Abdullah said: "Bring me a man who has drunk wine for the fourth time, and I guarantee you that I will kill him."
