حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهَاشِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ.
English Translation
Husayn narrated to us: Muhammad narrated from Sulayman from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: A child is attributed to the owner of the bed (the husband), and the fornicator gets nothing. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Do not have intercourse with a pregnant woman until she gives birth, or a non-pregnant woman until she has one menstrual cycle.
