حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي حُيَيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ائْذَنْ لِي أَنْ أَخْتَصِيَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خِصَاءُ أُمَّتِي الصِّيَامُ وَالْقِيَامُ.
English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us: Ayyub narrated from Nafi from Ibn Umar from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: Whoever sells a date palm that has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
