حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الَّذِي لَا يُؤَدِّي زَكَاةَ مَالِهِ يُمَثِّلُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لَهُ مَالَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ لَهُ زَبِيبَتَانِ فَيَلْزَمُهُ أَوْ يُطَوِّقُهُ قَالَ يَقُولُ أَنَا كَنْزُكَ أَنَا كَنْزُكَ.
English Translation
Hashim narrated to us: Abd al-Aziz narrated from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Ibn Umar who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Indeed, the one who does not pay the Zakat on his wealth — Allah the Exalted will make his wealth appear to him on the Day of Resurrection as a bald-headed poisonous male serpent with two spots over its eyes. It will encircle him or coil around him, saying: I am your treasure, I am your treasure.
