Asbat narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Umar narrated from Nafi from Ibn Umar that he used to perform ramal (jogging) for three circuits from the Black Stone to the Black Stone, and walk four circuits at a normal pace. He said: And the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to do the same.
