حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ إِنْ حِيلَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ فَعَلْنَا كَمَا فَعَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ حَالَتْ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ فَحَلَقَ وَرَجَعَ وَإِنِّي أُشْهِدُكُمْ أَنِّي قَدْ أَوْجَبْتُ عُمْرَةً فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
English Translation
Ibn Numayr told us; Ubaydullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: "If I am kept between myself and the House, we will do as we did with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when the disbelievers of Quraysh came between him and the House - he shaved his head and returned. And I call you to witness that I have made umrah obligatory upon myself" - and he mentioned the hadith.
