English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Tufawi told us; Ayyub told us, from Nafi': that Ibn Umar went out for hajj and entered ihram, then he laid his head down in severe cold, so I threw a hooded cloak over him. He woke up and said: "What did you throw over me?" I said: "A hooded cloak." He said: "Would you throw it over me, when I have already told you that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade us from wearing it?"
