حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُصَوِّرُ عَبْدٌ صُورَةً إِلَّا قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَحْيِ مَا خَلَقْتَ.
English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf told us; Sufyan told us, from Asim ibn Ubaydullah ibn Asim, from Salim, from Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No servant makes an image except it will be said to him on the Day of Resurrection: 'Give life to what you created.'"
