English Translation
Shuja' ibn al-Walid told us, from Umar ibn Muhammad, from Salim, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'No servant swallows a gulp more excellent in the sight of Allah, mighty and sublime is He, than a gulp of anger which he suppresses seeking the countenance of Allah, exalted is He.'
