حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَقَالَ هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَمْ أَرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْسَحُ مِنْ الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا الرُّكْنَيْنِ الْيَمَانِيَيْنِ.
English Translation
Hashim ibn al-Qasim and Ishaq ibn Isa said: Layth ibn Sa'd told us - and Hashim said: Layth told us - Ibn Shihab told me, from Salim, from his father, who said: I never saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, touch [with his hand] any part of the House except the two Yemeni corners.
