حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا طَلَعَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخِّرُوا الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى تَبْرُزَ وَإِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخِّرُوا الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ.
English Translation
Waki' told us: Hisham ibn Urwah told us, from his father, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When the edge of the sun rises, delay the prayer until it fully emerges, and when the edge of the sun sets, delay the prayer until it fully sets.
