English Translation
Abu Abd al-Rahman told us, Sa'id told us, Yazid ibn al-Had told me, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Fire is an enemy, so beware of it." He said: So Abdullah used to go around checking the fires of his household and extinguish them before going to sleep at night.
