English Translation
Muhammad ibn Bakr told us, Ibn Jurayj informed me, Ubaydullah ibn Umar told me, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave permission to al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib - al-Abbas had sought permission from the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to spend the nights of Mina in Makkah because of his duty of providing water to the pilgrims - so he gave him permission.
