Abdullah said: I found in my father's book: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us: Shu'bah informed us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar: I heard Ibn Umar say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when a man asked him about the spiny-tailed lizard (dabb), say: I do not eat it, nor do I forbid it.
