English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Firas: I heard Dhakwan narrate, from Zadhan, from Ibn Umar, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever strikes his slave with a punishment he has not earned, or slaps him, then his atonement is to free him.
