English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Khubayb — that is, ibn Abd al-Rahman — from Hafs ibn Asim, from Ibn Umar, who said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he used to pray the travel prayer — that is, two rak'ahs — and likewise with Abu Bakr and Umar; and with Uthman for six years of his rule, then he prayed four.
