حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَأْكُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهِ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Bakr told us: Ibn Jurayj informed us: Nafi' informed me that Ibn Umar used to say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'None of you should eat from his sacrificial animal beyond three days.'
