حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ غَيْرُهُمْ قَالَ وَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَخْلُفَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ وَقَالَ إِذَا رَجَعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.
English Translation
Yazid told us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade that two people converse secretly to the exclusion of a third, when there is no one else with them. He said: And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade a man from displacing another man from his seat, and said: 'Whoever gets up and returns has more right to it.'
