حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ كُنَّا فِي زَمَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَنَامُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ نَقِيلُ فِيهِ وَنَحْنُ شَبَابٌ.
English Translation
Ibn Idris narrated to us: 'Ubaydullah informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: In the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, we used to sleep in the mosque, taking our midday nap in it, while we were young men.
