English Translation
Waki’ told us, from Sufyan, from Ammar ibn Mu’awiyah al-Duhni, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d al-Ashja’i, from Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Ibn Sumayyah was never presented with two matters but he chose the more rightly guided of the two."
