English Translation
Abdullah ibn Idris told us, he said: I heard al-A'mash relate from Shaqiq, who said: "Abdullah used to come out to us and say: 'Indeed I am told of your presence, and nothing prevents me from coming out to you except dislike of wearying you. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to take turns giving us exhortation on certain days, out of dislike of wearying us.'"
