Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَقْبَلَ اللَّيْلُ وَأَدْبَرَ النَّهَارُ وَغَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ.
English Translation
It was narrated from `Asim bin ‘Umar from his father that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: `When night comes and day departs and the sun sets, the fasting person may break his fast.”
