حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُرِيدَ عَلَى بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَخِي مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لِي وَيَحْرُمُ مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنْ الرَّحِمِ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity whose reward reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him.'
