حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادٌ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ شُجْنَةٌ آخِذَةٌ بِحُجْزَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَصِلُ مَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَيَقْطَعُ مَنْ قَطَعَهَا.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When a Muslim man performs ablution well and then prays the five daily prayers, they are an expiation for what comes between them.'
