حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شَهْرٌ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ وَالِدَيْهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهُ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةَ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Two eyes will not be touched by the Fire: an eye that wept from the fear of Allah, and an eye that spent the night standing guard in the way of Allah.'
