حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا عُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ الْأَصْحَابِ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَخَيْرُ السَّرَايَا أَرْبَعُ مِائَةٍ وَخَيْرُ الْجُيُوشِ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافٍ قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَنْ يُغْلَبَ قَوْمٌ عَنْ قِلَّةٍ يَبْلُغُونَ أَنْ يَكُونُوا اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'If one of you sees a dream that he likes, it is from Allah, so let him praise Allah for it and tell others about it. If he sees something else that he dislikes, it is from the Shaytan, so let him seek refuge from its evil and not mention it to anyone, and it will not harm him.'
