حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ أَبِي بَزَّةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْكَيْخَارَانِيِّ عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَثْقَلُ فِي الْمِيزَانِ مِنْ خُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ حَدَّثَنَاه يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْكَيْخَارَانِيِّ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us. He said: I heard al-Qasim ibn Abi Bazzah, from Ata' al-Kaykharani, from Umm al-Darda', from Abu al-Darda', that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is nothing heavier in the Scale than good character." Yazid narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah informed us, from al-Kaykharani.
