English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Ubaydullah ibn al-Walid al-Wassafi narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Ubayd ibn Umayr, from Abu al-Darda', who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever hears something from a man that the man does not wish to be mentioned about him, then it is a trust, even if he was not asked to keep it confidential."
