حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ بُسْرَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ حَكِيمٍ السُّلَمِيَّةَ تَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ نَزَلَ مَنْزِلًا ثُمَّ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ كُلِّهَا مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يَرْتَحِلَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهِ ذَلِكَ.
English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us: Layth informed us: Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, from al-Harith, from Ya'qub ibn Abdullah, who related that he heard Busr ibn Sa'id say: I heard Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas say: I heard Khawlah bint Hakim al-Sulamiyyah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "Whoever stops at a lodging place and then says, 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, all of them, from the evil of what He has created,' nothing will harm him until he departs from that lodging place of his."
