حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ وَرْدَانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ حُنَيْنٍ مَوْلَى خَارِجَةَ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ الَّتِي سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ السَّبْتِ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَا لَكِ وَلَا عَلَيْكِ.
English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, he said: Musa ibn Wardan narrated to us, he said: 'Ubayd ibn Hunayn, the freedman of Kharijah, informed me, that the woman who asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about fasting on Saturday told him that she had asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about that, and he said: It is neither for you nor against you.
