حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَلْحَةَ الْأَيَامِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ عَنْ أُخْتِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَوَاحَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَجَبَ الْخُرُوجُ عَلَى كُلِّ ذَاتِ نِطَاقٍ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Nu'man, he said: I heard Talhah al-Ayami narrate - and Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Shu'bah, said: Muhammad ibn al-Nu'man informed me, from Talhah ibn Musarrif, from a woman of Banu 'Abd al-Qays, from the sister of 'Abdullah ibn Rawahah al-Ansari, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: Going out (to the 'Eid prayer) has been made obligatory upon every woman who wears a waist-wrap (i.e., every woman, including those who are menstruating).
