حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى وَعَلَيْهِ مِرْطٌ لِبَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ وَعَلَيْهَا بَعْضُهُ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ أُرَاهُ قَالَ حَائِضٍ.
English Translation
Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah told us, from al-Shaybani, from 'Abdullah bin Shaddad, from Maymunah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed while wearing a wrap belonging to one of his wives, part of which was on her too. Sufyan said: "I think he said: 'while she was menstruating.'"
