حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ خَصِيفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مُنْذُ ثَلَاثِينَ سَنَةً عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ أَجْمَرْتُ شَعْرِي إِجْمَارًا شَدِيدًا فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا عَائِشَةُ أَمَا عَلِمْتِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ جَنَابَةً.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Adam told us, he said Sharik told us, from Khusayf, he said a man told me thirty years ago, from Aisha, who said: "I braided my hair very tightly," so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her: "O Aisha, do you not know that on every hair there is a state of major impurity?"
