حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ بِالصَّاعِ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْمُدِّ.
English Translation
Aisha reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to perform ghusl (full bath) with a sa' (measure of water) and perform wudu (ablution) with a mudd (a smaller measure).
