حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَضَعُ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِهَا وَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us from Mansur ibn Safiyyah from his mother from Aisha, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to put his head in her lap and recite the Qur'an while she was menstruating.
