حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُلِقَتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ نُورٍ وَخُلِقَ الْجَانُّ مِنْ مَارِجٍ مِنْ نَارٍ وَخُلِقَ آدَمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام مِمَّا وُصِفَ لَكُمْ.
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq told us, he said: Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah, from Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The angels were created from light, the jinn were created from a smokeless flame of fire, and Adam, peace be upon him, was created from what has been described to you."
