English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa, Affan, and Rawh told us, saying: Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from A'ishah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: the pen is lifted from three: from the child until he reaches puberty, from the sleeper until he wakes, and from the mentally deficient until he regains reason. Affan said: and from the insane person until he regains reason. Hammad also said: and from the mentally deficient until he regains reason. And Rawh said: and from the insane person until he regains reason.
