حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ مُرْنَ أَزْوَاجَكُنَّ يَغْسِلُوا عَنْهُمْ أَثَرَ الْخَلَاءِ وَالْبَوْلِ فَإِنَّا نَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ نَنْهَاهُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ.
English Translation
Bahz told us, saying Hammam told us, saying Qatadah told us, from Mu'adhah, from Aisha, who said: Command your husbands to wash off the traces of relieving themselves and urine, for we are too shy to forbid them from that, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to do it.
