English Translation
Ishaq ibn Isa told us: Muslim told me, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from A'isha, that a man bought a slave and made use of his service, then found or saw a defect in him and returned him because of the defect. The seller said: "What of the earnings of my slave?" The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The earnings go with liability."
