حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ فِرَاشُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدَمًا وَحَشْوُهُ لِيفٌ.
English Translation
Ishaq narrated to us: Abd al-Rahman — that is, Ibn Abi al-Zinad — narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aishah, who said: The bedding of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was of tanned leather, stuffed with palm fiber.
