حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ يَقُولُ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَخُو عَائِشَةَ مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلَهَا أَخُوهَا عَنْ غُسْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَعَتْ بِإِنَاءٍ نَحْوًا مِنْ صَاعٍ فَاغْتَسَلَتْ وَأَفْرَغَتْ عَلَى رَأْسِهَا ثَلَاثًا وَبَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهَا الْحِجَابُ.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Hafs narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Salamah say: I and Aishah's foster-brother entered upon Aishah, and her brother asked her about the ghusl of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. So she called for a vessel of about a sa' measure, and she performed ghusl, pouring water over her head three times, while there was a screen between us and her.
