حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي مِنْ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ عَلَى الْفِرَاشِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ أَيْقَظَنِي.
English Translation
Aisha reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to pray at night while she lay across on the bed between him and the qiblah. When he wanted to pray Witr, he would wake her up.
