English Translation
Aisha said: "A Jewish woman entered upon her and asked her for perfume, and Aisha gave her some. She said: 'May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave.' Aisha said: 'That concerned me until the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came. I mentioned it to him and said: O Messenger of Allah, is there punishment in the grave?' He said: 'Yes, they are punished in their graves with a punishment that the animals can hear.'"
