English Translation
Aisha reported that a man sought permission to enter upon the Prophet (peace be upon him). He said: "Let him in, but what a bad son of his tribe he is!" or "what a bad brother of his tribe!" And on another occasion he mentioned "a man." When he entered, he spoke gently to him. When he left, Aisha said: "You said what you said about him, then you spoke gently to him." He said: "O Aisha, the worst of people in rank before Allah on the Day of Resurrection is the one whom people abandon or leave alone to avoid his obscenity."
