حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْعَبْدُ آمِنٌ مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَا اسْتَغْفَرَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
English Translation
Mu'awiyah bin Amr narrated to us: Rishdin narrated to us, who said: Mu'awiyah bin Sa'id at-Tujibi narrated to me, from someone who narrated to him, from Fadalah bin Ubayd, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: The servant is safe from the punishment of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, as long as he seeks Allah's forgiveness.
