English Translation
It was narrated, through a man of Banu Damrah, from a man of his people: he said, "I asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about the aqiqah [birth sacrifice], and he said, 'I do not like disobedience, but whoever has a child born to him and wishes to offer a sacrifice for him, or on his behalf, let him do so.'"
